About a new class: 3D printing at Techshop

Yesterday, I have participated in a Techshop class about 3D printing.

Before this class, I never worked with this type of machine; it was really new for me.

So, before this class I had different goals:

  • Firstly the most important: to understand how 3D printing machines work in order to be able to use these after the class.
  • Another goal I set before the class was to ask any questions I had during the class.

A day in Stanford


In going to Stanford campus, I asked myself this question: why I’m not in this famous university? I hope students there realize the chance they have.

I went in Stanford University with two friends on Saturday, it’s located between San Francisco and San Jose, in the heart of California’s Silicon Valley.

During the morning we visited the campus, the school premises are fantastic, they are old and historic but so beautiful. It was more impressive than I had expected.

The Golden Gate Bridge


  • A bit of history …

The Golden Gate Bridge construction began on 5 January 1933 and it opened in 1937.
